National Sports Award List - 2022

Six sports awards are given every year under the National Sports Awards in India. These six Awards are Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Trophy, Arjuna Award, Dronacharya Award, Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna, Dhyan Chand Award and Protsahan Puruskar. These awards along with Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award is annually by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. The President of India gives these awards to the selected players and athletics at the Presidential Palace. These awards are usually given on 29 August Since 2004.
