    EIC (Civil), R&B : 517 posts
    EIC (Public Health): 34 posts

Educational Qualifications: The candidate must hold Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from the Institution recognized by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
